I just waned to encourage those in leadership. Be it in ministry or your professional career. As a leader it is important that you remain in the word of God, (2nd Timothy 3:16-17) prayed up (1st Thessalonians 5:17) and Holy Spirit led! (Galatians 5:16-18) Some folks under your leadership will second guess/question you. If you know that the decisions that you are making or have made are not malicious or have a hidden motive behind them continue to lead by example! If you have fallen in this area repent and move on. It's easy to get caught up in how people are treating you, how your viewed, and who's talking about you. When you focus on these things it can make you want to lash out, try and prove your point or get the I don't care attitude. We have to remember to do our work as onto the Lord. (Colossians 3:23) Again if you have fell in any of these areas and you know they don't line up with the word of God repent and move on. We have to always remember that regardless of who is in front of us, this is a spiritual battle. (Ephesians 6:12) You have to know without a shadow of a doubt that no weapon formed against you will prosper. (Isaiah 54:17) It's easy to love on those we like and those who agree with us and our decisions but, we have to walk in love in and out of the body of Christ!! (Matthew 22:38-39) Don't get discourage for doing the right thing (Galatians 6:9) Always be sure to examine yourselves as leaders but more importantly than that as a believer (2nd Corinthians 13:5) Again if your actions, words and attitude don't line up with the word of God switch it up!!! Again be encouraged.
